##We provide home delivery all over Bangladesh through cash on delivery through courier. After confirming the customer’s order, the product should be handled carefully by the delivery man while the product is in his hands. There is an opportunity to check and if you find any problem with the product, you can return the product according to the return policy below.

 

## Return Policy
In case of returning the product, you can return the product according to the following rules.

2. If the customer wants to return the product after the delivery man has delivered the product, then he can return the product along with the delivery charge, but if the product has been used or washed, the product will not be accepted as a return.

3. If for any reason there is a problem with the product or the product does not work after receiving it, the color or size is different from the ordered product, then there is an opportunity to exchange or return the product. If any If, due to some reason or mistake, another product is sent instead of the product you ordered, you must return the product and we will definitely replace the product you ordered with yours. If we send it to you, you will not have to pay any additional delivery charges and you must accept the product while the delivery man is present.

4. If you receive a different product or a product with a problem, please contact us and we will provide assistance immediately. However, in that case, you will not have to bear any delivery charges for returns and exchanges.

💥Refund Policy:

##<In case of returning the product, you will get a refund as per the refund policy below. 1. According to Goloji’s return policy, the money will be refunded within 24 hours of the product return being approved.  2. In case of product return, if there is any problem with the product, the customer will get a full refund. However, if there is no problem with the product and the customer intentionally does not receive the product, the remaining money will be refunded excluding delivery charges.  3. In case of refund, the money will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made. If the customer provides any other number to receive the refund, the money will not be refunded to that number.  4. If there is a problem with the product, no charge will be applicable for the refund, meaning the amount you pay will be refunded, but if the product has been handed over to the courier or for any reason after delivery (if there is a problem with the product, exchange or  Warranty policy will apply). If you wish to return and get a refund, in such cases, a total of 200 taka will be deducted for courier charges and processing fees and the remaining amount will be refunded.  5. Even after order confirmation, you have the right to cancel your order at any time due to unavoidable reasons. In this case, if you pay in advance, the money will be refunded only to the number on which the payment was made or someone  If you want to get a refund on any other number, then that number will not be accepted. ##আমরা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারির মাধ্যমে সারা বাংলাদেশে হোম ডেলিভারি দিয়ে থাকি কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে।কাস্টমার অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার পর প্রোডাক্টি ডেলিভারি ম্যান থাকা অবস্থায় প্রোডাক্টি হাতে নিয়ে ভালোভাবে চেক করে নেওয়ার সুযোগ রয়েছে আর যদি প্রোডাক্টের কোনো ধরনের সমস্যা বের করতে পারে তাহলে নিচের রির্টান পলিসি অনুযায়ি প্রোডাক্ট রির্টান করতে পারবে

প্রোডাক্ট রির্টান করার ক্ষেত্রে নিচের নিয়ম অনুযায়ি প্রোডাক্টি রির্টান করতে পারবে।
১.ডেলিভারি ম্যান থাকা অবস্থায় কাস্টমার প্রোডাক্টি ভালোভাবে চেক করে নিতে হবে যদি কোনো রকমের প্রোডাক্টির সমস্যা বের করতে পারে তাহলে প্রোডাক্টি রির্টান দিতে পারবে।অথবা কাস্টমার প্রোডাক্টি নিতে না চাইলে রির্টান করে দিতে পারবে তবে ডেলিভারি চার্জসহ রির্টান করতে হবে।

২.ডেলিভারি ম্যান প্রোডাক্টি ডেলিভারি করে চলে আসার পরবর্তীতে যদি কাস্টমার প্রোডাক্টি রির্টান দিতে চায় তাহলে সেক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি চার্জসহ প্রোডাক্ট রির্টান দিতে পারবে তবে প্রোডাক্টি ব্যবহার করলে বা ওয়াশ করলে প্রোডাক্টি রির্টান হিসেবে গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

৩.যদি কোন কারণে প্রোডাক্টে কোন সমস্যা থাকে বা প্রোডাক্ট হাতে পাবার পর প্রোডাক্ট কাজ না করে, কালার বা সাইজ অর্ডার করা পণ্যের থেকে ভিন্ন হয় সেক্ষেত্রে পণ্য এক্সচেঞ্জ বা রিটার্ন করার সুযোগ রয়েছে।যদি কোনো কারণে বা ভুলবশত কারণে আপনার অর্ডার করা প্রোডাক্টির জায়গায় অন্য কোনো প্রোডাক্ট চলে যায় তবে সেক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই প্রোডাক্টি রির্টান করে দিবেন এবং আমরা অবশ্যই আপনার অর্ডার করা প্রোডাক্টি আপনার কাছে পাঠিয়ে দিবো সেক্ষেত্রে কোনো বাড়তি ডেলিভারি চার্জবহন করতে হবে না এবং অবশ্যই ডেলিভারিম্যান থাকা অবস্থায় প্রোডাক্টি বুঝিয়ে নিবেন।

৪.আপনি যদি একটি ভিন্ন প্রোডাক্ট বা সমস্যাযুক্ত প্রোডাক্ট পেয়ে থাকেন, তাহলে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন এবং আমরা এখনই সহায়তা প্রদান করব।তবে সেক্ষেত্রে
রিটার্ন এবং এক্সচেঞ্জের জন্য কোনো ডেলিভারি চার্জ আপনাকে বহন করতে হবে না।

💥রিফান্ড পলিসি :

##<প্রোডাক্ট রির্টান করার ক্ষেত্রে নিচের রিফান্ড পলিসি অনুযায়ি টাকা রিফান্ড পাবেন। ১.গোলোজির রির্টান পলিসি অনুযায়ি কোনো প্রোডাক্ট রির্টান এপ্রুভ হওয়ার ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে টাকা রিফান্ড করা হবে। ২.প্রোডাক্ট রিটার্ন করার ক্ষেত্রে প্রোডাক্টের কোন সমস্যা বের হলে সম্পূর্ণ টাকা কাস্টমার রিফান্ড পাবে। কিন্তু প্রোডাক্টের কোন সমস্যা না থাকলে কাস্টমার ইচ্ছাকৃতভাবে প্রোডাক্টটি রিসিভ না করিলে ডেলিভারি চার্জ ব্যতীত বাকি টাকা রিফান্ড পাবে। ৩.রিফান্ড করার ক্ষেত্রে যে একাউন্ট থেকে টাকা পেমেন্ট করা হবে সেই একাউন্টে টাকা রিফান্ড করা হবে।যদি কাস্টমার টাকা রিফান্ড নেওয়ার জন্য অন্য কোনো নাম্বার প্রদান করে তবে সেই নাম্বারে টাকা রিফান্ড করা হবে না। ৪.যদি প্রোডাক্টে কোনো সমস্যা বের হয় তবে রিফান্ডের জন্য কোন চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবেনা অর্থাৎ আপনি যে এমাউন্ট পেমেন্ট করবেন সেই এমাউন্টই রিফান্ড করা হবে তবে প্রোডাক্ট যদি কুরিয়ারে হ্যান্ডওভার করা হয়ে থাকে বা ডেলিভারি হবার পর কোন কারণে (প্রোডাক্টে সমস্যা থাকলে এক্সচেঞ্জ বা ওয়ারেন্টি পলিসি প্রযোজ্য হবে)। রিটার্ন করে রিফান্ড পেতে চান তাহলে এই ধরনের ক্ষেত্রে কুরিয়ার চার্জ এবং প্রসেসিং ফি বাবদ সর্বমোট ২০০ টাকা কেটে নিয়ে বাকি টাকা রিফান্ড করা হবে। ৫.অর্ডার কনফার্মেশনের পরেও অনিবার্য কারনবশত যেকোনো সময়ে আপনার অর্ডার বাতিল করার ক্ষমতা রাখে। এক্ষেত্রে অগ্রিম টাকা প্রদান করা হলে যে নাম্বারে টাকা পেমেন্ট করা হবে শুধুমাত্র সেই নাম্বারে টাকা রিফান্ড করে দেওয়া হবে বা কেউ যদি অন্য কোনো নাম্বারে টাকা রিফান্ড নিতে চায় তাহলে সেক্ষেত্রে সেই নাম্বার গ্রহণযোগ্যতা হবে না। ধন্যবাদ
