1.1 Delivery Time:
** It will take a maximum of 2-3 days to receive the product after receiving the order. However, due to any unforeseen event or natural disaster, the product may take longer to be confirmed or delivered There may be a delay of 1 to 2 days. In that case, the customer will receive the product in 4 to 5 days in total.
2.1 Return Policy / Product Return Rules
The delivery man should pick up the product and check it carefully while it is still standing. If there is any problem with the product, the product should be returned. We will check the product and resend it later. Or if the customer does not want to take it, the order will be canceled and if the money has been paid in advance, it will be refunded.
2.2 In case of returning the product, if there is any problem with the product, the customer will get a full refund. However, if there is no problem with the product and the customer intentionally does not receive the product, the remaining money will be refunded excluding delivery charges. In that case, if the customer does not make any advance payment, the delivery charge will have to be borne by the customer.

১.১ ডেলিভারির সময়সীমা:
** অর্ডার গ্রহণ করার পর প্রোডাক্টি আপনার হাতে পেতে সর্ব্বোচ্চ ২-৩দিন সময় লাগবে। তবে অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত কোন ঘটনা অথবা প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগের কারণে প্রোডাক্টির অর্ডার কনর্ফাম অথবা ডেলিভারি হতে আরো সর্বোচ্চ ১ থেকে ২ দিন বিলম্ব হতে পারে।সেক্ষেত্রে সর্বমোট ৪ থেকে ৫ দিনের মধ্যে কাস্টমার প্রোডাক্টটি হাতে পেয়ে যাবে।
২.১ রিটার্ন পলিসি / পণ্য ফেরত এর নিয়মাবলী
ডেলিভারি ম্যান দাঁড়িয়ে থাকা অবস্থায় প্রোডাক্টটি হাতে নিয়ে ভালোভাবে চেক করে নিতে হবে প্রোডাক্টের কোনো সমস্যা বের হলে প্রোডাক্টটি রিটার্ন করে দিতে হবে। পরবর্তীতে আমরা প্রোডাক্টটি চেক করে আবার পাঠিয়ে দিবো। অথবা কাস্টমার না নিতে চাইলে অর্ডারটি বাতিল করে দেওয়া হবে এবং যদি টাকা অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট করে থাকে তাহলে রিফান্ড করা হবে।
২.২ প্রোডাক্ট রিটার্ন করার ক্ষেত্রে প্রোডাক্টের কোন সমস্যা বের হলে সম্পূর্ণ টাকা কাস্টমার রিফান্ড পাবে। কিন্তু প্রোডাক্টের কোন সমস্যা না থাকলে কাস্টমার ইচ্ছাকৃতভাবে প্রোডাক্টটি রিসিভ না করিলে ডেলিভারি চার্জ ব্যতীত বাকি টাকা রিফান্ড পাবে। সে ক্ষেত্রে কাস্টমার কোন অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট না করিলে ডেলিভারি চার্জ টি কাস্টমারকে বহন করতে হবে।
